1. Membership Access
Your membership grants access to tools, resources, templates, automations, and coaching sessions as described on our website.
Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
2. Payment and Billing
Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
By joining, you authorize us to charge your payment method each month.
All payments are non-refundable after the initial 24-hour grace period unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Cancellation will stop future recurring charges, but access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Instructions for cancellation are provided in your dashboard or via email support.
4. Content Usage
All content provided within the membership (videos, templates, scripts, automations, guides) is for your personal and business use only.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share any content outside of your business without written permission.
5. Community Rules
The Beauty CEO Community is for support, networking, and learning.
Harassment, spam, hate speech, or inappropriate content is not allowed.
Violations may result in removal from the community without refund.
6. No Guarantees
We provide tools, resources, and coaching.
While success stories are shared, individual results are not guaranteed. Your results depend on your effort, business, and market conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our membership.
You agree to use the membership at your own risk.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Your continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
